I like the 10 minute challenge. When I first started SPARK. 10 minutes was all I could do. Now I can do more but on a day I don't feel like it or have run out of time ....10 minutes is great.

You can post that on the team wall. Yes, your Curves workout counts as part of the 10 minutes.

I started the challenge Sun. I posted to the challenge page and the wall. Is there a page where we post what we did? Also, I just joined Curves, does that count as part of the 10 min or should it be separate from what I do for this challenge. I will go to Curves 3x wk

I was disappointed that the first day of the challenge you are supposed to enlist a friend to join you in getting healthier. I really don't have anyone like that, so I am removing myself from the challenge.

I am doing 5 lb mini goals, until I get down to my ideal weight of about 115 lbs.

You log whatever your full time of exercise is. I don't normally recommend logging house cleaning as exercise (just count it as a bonus), but that is a personal preference and you are welcome to log it if you want to.

I have been getting my ten in each day. However, are we recording ONLY the ten we get at a time? For instance, if I go for a ten minute walk, but come home and clean the house (washing walls, etc.) do I record the walk only? Or the walk AND the wall washing-house cleaning frenzy?

Challenge yourself with something you know you could never do, and what you’ll find is that you can overcome anything.

There is a link at the top of the team page for you to click: "Visit the main Challenge page." That will take you to the calendar with your daily challenges. The team is here for discussion and sharing, but it is a new team/challenge, so as more people join it, you should see more activity.
