Hello! I believe I have done his before but need to get active again after beng sent home from work because of his virus. I have a job that keeps me at my desk most of the day.

I hope not. I just joined! I'll admit that I struggle to be very active in the forums here; not one of the more user-friendly features of an otherwise awesome site (not complaining, just observing that it's not their BEST feature - like my hips are not mine).

emoticon ... I have been on Sparks over 6 years but thought it would be nice to meet others too. Am usually called 2B by spark friends and am from Oregon. (born and raised in California though) ... Love the ten minute challenge as it allows me to do "something" to keep the streak going and moving my body. It's great when I find I have not had a good night sleep and plus, ten minutes can magically turn into 15-20 and more.

Here's to our good health! emoticon

Hi, I am signing up for the find 10 challenge because it seems my schedule is changing again and my morning workouts are getting interrupted and I never get back to it. I also found that I like a lot of different activities but never consider them exercises and never get to them. So I am trying out doing some of these fun activities and see if I can burn enough calories with fun activities. We shall see. Some of these activities include hula hooping, dancing, rebounding, swimming, yoga, paddle boarding, walking, etc. We shall see if this new workout program will be enough. It would be so nice to just have fun instead of heavy duty workout.

DJ--Team Leader of Hula Hooping for Fun & Fitness. We reinforce healthy habits like tracking, having fun, & learning to hoop. Waist hooping is amazing core workout & off body hooping really works those arms. Anyone can hoop on their hand. Come check us out. https://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/

Happy new year! I'm a 42 year old trying to get back on the wagon after 10 years. I am not giving up this time. I don't do new year resolutions. This is just me wanting to finally get back to being healthy. I have about 60 pounds to lose to reach my ultimate goal. I figure 10 minutes a day will help me to get back to some type of routine and help me to see that I can fit some sort of exercise into my busy schedule.

Unfortunately, I don't really have anyone to join me for the first part of this challenge! Everyone at my office already has their own little clique. Personally, I don't want to tell anyone until I get further into my journey because every time I do, I jinx myself!

Good luck with the challenge, everyone!

Hi all! I'm a 41-year-old mom of an 8-year-old boy on the spectrum. I homeschool and am a stay at home mom. It is difficult for me to carve out any substantial time for myself, so I need to find a way to stay active here at home while also getting my laundry list of responsibilities done.
Find 10 is an easy to accomplish goal. Great idea!

Hi, I'm Linda. Have had health problems, but sometimes I think I use that as an excuse to not exercise. I am going to go for a short walk everyday, just 10 minutes seems do-able. I walked 10 mins yesterday & 15 mins today so I'm off to a good start.
I just moved to Florida from New York so I am enjoying the weather & hope it will help to inspire me to get out more.

I'm confused, wait .... maybe I'm not

Hello! My name is Jennifer and I am starting this challenge and my sister has agreed to join me to hold me accountable. I picked the Find 10 challenge because I have not been exercising at all and have many health problems, so this seemed a good way to start out.

To be honest, I am really lacking confidence because I have started so many challenges in the past and not succeeded in completing them. I have also just recently returned to SparkPeople (yet again) after months away.It gets discouraging to keep starting out over and over with good intentions and motivation, only to fail to keep up with it.

However, I am trying again because I do not want to be a prisoner to my poor health any longer and know that, while I will continue to struggle with health issues that are chronic and not reversible, they will definitely be less of a problem if I were to lose weight and make healthier choices.

Hi, Everyone! Something clicked in my brain a couple of months ago and I seem to be more committed. Tracking food has not been a problem. But I need the accountability of doing fitness daily. Looking forward to this group.

Good morning, My name is Kathy. Starting out slow. My plan is to track my food and drink at least 8 glass of water. Do this for two weeks and then adding exercising. But seen this challenge and thought I can do 10 minutes a day.

I don't want to stress myself out by trying to everything at once, because I know I will get frustrated and quit.

Any encouragement or advice, please help me. I want to do this. I'm so tired of being there I'm at.

I need a buddy to start the challenge with.

Hello!
I am Kat, just joined the challenge in the hope that I can get some consistency to my exercise program. I have knee and severe spinal problems which limit the distance and time I can walk, but can happily do as long as I want on the exercise bike- so that will be my main form of activity. I try to keep mobile by doing stuff around the house, etc, and hope that the challenge will make some sense of my stupid workout schedule!

I joined this team when I joined the challenge, just now getting around to introducing myself. I am a sparkmember since 2009, but quit and joined and quit and joined again. Sometimes life was getting in the way. But now, there is nothing to stop me! On my 3rd day of the challenge but my 10th day (I think) of coming back and being committed. It is so true, when you exercise you naturally feel better. Glad to be back.

Lack of activity destroys the good condition of every human being, while movement and methodical physical exercise save and preserve it. - Plato

Hi I may have misinterpreted this team My name is Denise.. I am new here. I presently workout at Curves five days a week. That is a thirty minute workout. I also started incorporating some new cardio classes in which sometimes run forty five minutes. I joined with hopes of keeping my motivation going. Joined your team to motivate me more.
Have to keep fighting with twenty six years of fibromyalgia and advanced arthritis. Giving up just does not cut it for me. Keep on with the workouts. Increasing my.workout to the next level today.

Hi all! I'm back after getting discouraged fighting SI Joint issues. I had given up, but now realize I can't just give up! Have to keep fighting! I know if I can get the weight off the SI problem will likely be resolved. I know I also need exercise to get my body in shape to support my joints! So this seems like the perfect challenge to join! Hope you all have a wonderful day and a fantastic weekend!!!

Hi Everyone!
I just started SP 5 days ago. For the last 7 months I've cut out 32oz of soda, started drinking 8-10 cups of water, walk/run 3 to 6 miles a day (on off days I do fe fit videos. And I've changed my eating habits. I haven't lost a single pound. My clothes fit no differently. It's discouraging but I don't want to quit. I'm hoping the site will give me a visual of where I am going wrong.

Hi everyone, I'm Shirley, 72, single living with my sister and one cat. I exercise 1 hour 3x a week at cardiopulmonary rehab center. So far I have not lost. I'm a coffee addict and so do not always get in 8 waters. That may be a main problem. Hope to find some good spark buddies here. Best wishes to all.

Hi All! I joined (again) on 9/11 and I've done ok so far with getting in at least 10 minutes a day of activity. But I'm feeling sluggish and tired today. I'm trying to convince myself of the obvious: That if I work out now I'll feel more energetic later.

Wish me luck!

Per my doc supposed to be walking 30 minutes at least 5 days a week. Been tracking my eating and staying in required calories over the last 3 - 4 weeks (and am loving the food tracking), now need to get the exercise going. (I have a hard time changing more than one thing at a time) So working on three 10 minute increments or a 30 minute walk most days. Hoping for some helpful hints to get these 10 minute walks into my life. Exercise is NOT my idea of fun in the city or inside... and no the country/mountains are not nearby. Watching the weight come off is going to have to be what makes this work for me.

I joined the challenge today. I live a fairly active lifestyle, so am not worried about getting in 10 minutes of life fitness in a day, but am stiving to do at least 10 minutes of targeted fitness each day with this challenge. I'm still at that stage of needing baby steps, and figure this challenge will help me to get in more fitness and achieve some small successes at the same time. Sounds like a plan, right?!!

HI
I joined Sparkpeople to like myself again. I had my doubts in the beginning but after the first week of tracking and following the program and 6 lb weight loss I was hooked!. zI have learned so much on the process of weight loss and how to be a healthy eater that I am now a believer and I wouldn't change that knowledge for anything. I tell everyone I talk to and hope they make the same choice. I used to just talk about how I should take the weight off and I wish I had started sooner!

Hi All, I have been with SPARK PEOPLE for a few years, but new to this team.
I have lost over 100 lbs in those few years, but need to lose at least 100 more. Keeping the weight heading in the right direction was helped along this past year, by having health issues, pain, 12 hospitalizations, fighting a off a severe Sepsis infection, 9 Surgeries the last 10 months. Four since New Years.
But, as I recover from April's latest, unplanned, biggest & I hope, FINAL, surgery, a 13" incision, 7 hour surgery, took out over 5ft of bowel, blood transfusions & Then even had to be resuscitated .... I now, have to find a way to make myself move more! I am feeling better, stronger and CAN DO more to be more active. So, joined this team to sort of spur me on to get up and move, at least 10 minutes EVERY Day!

Basically Lazy, fighting years of inertia! Wish me Strength!

If it's to be, It's up to ME!

There are two girls on youtube who have 10 minute workouts that are super fun and burn lots of calories - it is dance based - Keaira (burn to the beat) and Tiffany Rothe (swirl girl). They are challenging workouts, but are done quickly. There is another one called "mo better that you can find that range in 12-15 minutes that is also super fun. Just a suggestion to get the 10 minutes in and have some fun while doing it. 'mo better features "normal" people, check it out.

Hello : - )
I joined this challenge a bit erroneously as I mis-interpreted it to be find time to dance 10 minutes each day. So that is what I will be doing in this challenge. I am always pretty good at fitting a workout in each day, so now I am supplementing my workouts with 10 minutes of dancing.
I would always rather work out more so that I can eat more. I do hit 1200 calories only on occasion, but that is really not enough food. 1500-1800 seems a lot more do-able to me to have a normal life while losing weight. That is not to say that I haven't gone as high as 2500 calories of intake since joining sparkpeople, and to be honest I could easily eat 5000 if not tracking everything. I have had some days where I have burned close to 1000 calories, especially when getting my garden going in the spring which involved lots of digging for hours on end. I am results driven, so as long as I am losing pounds and/or inches I stay motivated.

Wow, you have a lot of sparkpoints!! I find it handy to have a timer or set an online timer. Sometimes I just press start and begin dancing to the radio and the next thing you know 10 minutes is up.

Hi, I am just getting back into Spark People after a few years away (during which I gained back all I had lost and added some more). Finding time for, and sticking with, exercise routines has been my nemesis since as far back as I can remember. I enjoy walking, hiking and biking, but now find it difficult because of the weight. I hope that by challenging myself to fit in 10 minutes a day, I can start working exercise back into my routine.

Hi, I am Charlotte (Chargaile), 71 years of age and still moving. I love the idea of a daily 10 minute commitment. I figure anything over the 10 will be a bonus but having this challenge will ensure that I do something very physical for 10 each day.

On my way.

Hi. My name is Barbara and I have just joined this challenge. I am 70 years old and looking for a buddy. I live out in the country and don't have anyone close to buddy with. I know SP is very good for support and that is what I am relying on. I am a retired school teacher (kindergarten and 2nd-6th.) I live on the Cumberland Plateau. I enjoy reading, crocheting, sewing, cooking, and traveling (which I don't get to do much.). Any help on this challenge would be appreciated. emoticon

Hi there! Shannon here and I'm looking for any little way to be active. I don't want to say I've become lazy - four kids 5 years and younger doesn't leave room to be lazy - but I have stopped taking time for myself and being active on purpose. I'm hoping to change that with this challenge. Baby steps.

Hello All: I have become a slacker. I saw this Challenge and thought maybe this would be the Kick In The Pants that I need to get my head back in the game!

Tonight I got on the treadmill (almost had to force myself) and walked for 31 minutes.

Looking forward to getting to know you!!

Happy Sparking!! emoticon

Hi everyone. My name is Sherri. I am doing ok most days with my nutrition. I find that as long as I can keep to a healthy eating plan, I lose weight. I want to add exercise to the plan though. I tend to make excuses a lot, so hopefully, joining this challenge will help me to just do it. No more excuses.

Vicki, I am sorry about your Mom. My Mom passed away in June 2015. I went the other way though. I used Sparkpeople to make sure that I ate something. I was just never hungry. I still find it hard to eat somedays.

Hey everyone! I'm Erin and I am hoping to make some changes in 2016. One of those changes is to get back to a healthier lifestyle and getting more active. I'm part of another group (apart from SparkPeople) where we are supposed to choose 1 or 2 goals to focus on for 30 days. One of my goals is to exercise at least 10 minutes each day--whatever that looks like. It could be a walk, it could be a class, it could be a video on YouTube...

This team and the purpose behind it fit right in with that goal, so here I am!

Hello! My name is Chris. Between a full time job and a small business, I find myself making excuses - family, work, home - to not exercise. It's easier for me to break a habit than it is to make one, so I go along really well for a while, then I miss a day, then three, then 2 weeks, and I find it hard to get started again. I'm hoping this challenge will help, but I wish it was easier to access (like from the app). Good luck to everyone! emoticon

Hello my name is Vicki
I have lost and gained probably about 100 lbs over the past few years. I was doing really well earlier this year then my mother passed away and I gained 45 lbs in two weeks. I am back to losing or at least working on it. My husband recently got me a fitbit (something I have been wanting for over a year) and though my weight hasn't gone down (actually even went up a little) I'm finding I am starting to have more mobility. Looking forward to getting stronger and more fit in the new year.

**Vicki**

Things will get better because I have decided they will get better. I will get healthier because I have decided to get healthier, and I will love because I have decided to love.

Please add me to your fitbit community if you would like.

Hi. I'm Aseneth. I've lost abotu 35 pounds over the last year just by getting a handle on my nutrition but there is another 25 I'm trying to lose to hit my goal. Where I'm lacking is consistent motivation and time management with workouts. Sometimes I go to the gym for a few hours and love the workout like twice a week. Other times (much more often) I will go months without going anywhere near the gym or doing anything resembling a workout. So in an effort to break my plateau, I thought I'd join you and get in the habit of finding at least 10 minutes consistently daily! :D

Hi I'm Judy. I joined this challenge because I have not been consistent with my exercise. I usually set unrealistic fitness goals that donít fit into my life. Even I can find 10 minutes a day for exercise. Once I get started I usually do more!

My name is Noreen and I've joined this group to try and salvage the rest of this year. I've had lots of health problems and just recently lost my Mom. I hope all the bad stuff is over for me and that I can move on. I just turned 65 and joined the Medicare seniors but I know with a bit of work that I can have a healthier body and begin to enjoy life again.

Hey there! I've just joined the Find 10 Challenge today and I'm also looking for a buddy. My goals are similar to yours... small ones - log in daily, drink water and move my body for at least 10 mins a day. I'm also trying to use the food tracker a bit more but it's not one of my 'must do everyday' goals... yet!

If you're interested, how do we become official buddies?

Hi, my name is Bridget, I just finished the 21-Day New Member Challenge and decided the "Find 10" is the next one to try. Finding 10 mins a day to exercise will be easier (I think) then finding 30. I joined SP in 2007, back in 2013, and back last month. Would love to find a "Goal Buddy", even tho my goals are rather small at the moment, log in, drink water, and exercise, it would be fun to have support and someone to check in with.

Hi,

I just finished the "21 Day New Member Challenge" and am starting the "Find 10 Challenge" today. I have not been consistent with exercising, so I thought I would set a goal of just 10 minutes a day and see that through.

Today's task is to choose a "goal buddy". Instead of, or in addition to, choosing a goal buddy from an existing SparkFriend, I thought it would be nice to have a buddy from the group of people who are just starting this challenge, too. If more than one person wants a buddy, I think I can handle that, too. Age, weight, sex. location, doesn't matter; a good attitude and nice personality are the only qualifications. ; )

Hello! I have been trying to get a walk outside everyday for several months. I developed Gout in both knees so had to stop walking for a couple of weeks but just as soon as I started taking medicine for it and got the swelling out of my knees and feet. I began walking again. I need some new ideas to help keep me motivated to exercise because it is going to be turning cold and I won't be able to do my walks outside. I am hoping that tis challenge will give me some Ideas that will keep me motivated.

Hi all, I'm joining this challenge today because I need to get moving! I've been sitting on the couch for TOO long... I think aiming for 10 minutes of exercise a day is a realistic goal for me - I can always do more once I get out the door. :)

A few weeks ago I started my 10am / 10min walks while at work. I figured by joining this challenge, it would keep me motivated to continue them. I always shoot for at least 10 minutes, and lately the walks have been more like 13-16 minute walks. Because I'm at work I am limited to the amount of time I can use for this. In a few weeks I will add a second 10min walk in the afternoon. It is really helping with keeping me more focused at work (and my energy has improved as well). Good luck to everyone!! :)

Hello
I am here to Change from a Couch Potato Slacker to An Active Tracker In addition to the Find 10 I have also joined the Leslie Sansone Walking the Pounds Away. After evaluating my current fitness status, I thought it would be the best fit for me at this time.

This biggest challenge I am facing is becoming a NON Smoker. The FIND 10 matches nicely with this. My reasoning, is if I can find time for a ciggie, then I can replace that with a healthy habit.. FIND 10.

Hello! I'm here to get my move on. I've been on my health journey for a year and I'm now at the point where everything is becoming same ol' same ol' and need some additional motivation. I'm also working on my Masters while working full time and raising too many grown kids :) Finding 10 might be the motivation I need to remember to MOVE IT!

I am 62 and have been with SparkPeople since Dec. 2012. I lost almost 50 pounds and then tragedy got me off focus for a while. I am back at it. I had gained some of my weight back, but not all of it. I am less than 10 pounds away from my low weight when I lost before. I WILL NOT quit this time. I will reach goal.
I just finished the Fit and Fiber Full challenge and this is my next one. I have not been exercising consistently since I have been back to losing weight. That needs to change. I hope this challenge will kick start me back on consistent and regular exercise.

I am Sunny. 65 y/o and am just finishing my first Spark challenge and in 27 days have been successful tracking and logging. This moved me to join the Find 10 challenge. Need the accountability. I have fibromyalgia, and have used that as an excuse not to move much. I am now walking unassisted to the clubhouse. Slow start, but it is a start :)

I am 64 and joined this team 9 days ago, but have been visiting the spark people site off and on over the years. Retired earlier this year and am now more committed to exercising on a regular basis. I am also trying to keep weight from creeping up when company comes to town for visits and we eat out at their favorite restaurants and I get carried away with eating etc.
I have a very good support team of friends and when we don't walk together, we are there for each other to encourage good eating and exercise habits. We are there to pick up the pieces when we failed while on vacation or when we just need a stern talking too when we don't get back on our healthy habits quickly.
Currently my exercise goal is to walk 5 miles on 3 days a week. Not totally successful yet, but I did walk 2 days 5 miles and 2.5 miles on 2 other days this week. So I did walk 15 miles in the week....
Another goal is to be consistent with exercising while on vacation, no matter where I am. I tend to let it go or only exercise a day or 2 and then loose all the benefit I had gained prior to vacation.
Looking forward to reading how others are progressing with this challenge and when I complete this challenge because it means I stuck with something for 30 days.

I joined this challenge Tuesday and this week went really well if my goal is to "find 10 minutes". I work in an office, and even though we all know a worker is allowed 10 minutes for every 4 hours or so of work time, I seldom use that time to step away from my desk area. I usually spend it checking e-mail or something...

I ride my bike to work (5 minute bike trip), so there is 10 minutes in getting to and returning from work. Tuesday-Thursday I did something "radical". I got up, announced I would be back in 10 minutes, set my phone timer and walked out the door, jumped on the bike, rode home and back. Silly, right? But my timer would go off as I was walking back into the building, refreshed by the sunshine and fresh air, and heart pumping because I didn't want to risk being late. I did this for morning and afternoon breaks!

Friday I had a new refrigerator delivered and chose to drive back and forth, but then Saturday I spent 3 hours cleaning house (because the refrigerator is so clean - LOL) and kept telling myself to do something, like clean the bathroom, for 10 minutes. I have a spotless house today after 180 minutes of picking up, cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping, scrubbing stove/counters/microwave...it was a good day.

Today, I get to mow the lawn! :)

I'm tired of trying harder, so now I'm trying different. This kind of challenge is different for me. Weight goes on really easy (I have gained 20 lbs in one weekend before) but comes off really hard (it takes at LEAST 3 months, usually a lot longer). Right now it's in the "going on really easy" phase so I really have to be different to fool the body into breaking the cycle. ***sigh***

If you don't have time to do it right, when will you have time to do it over?

Hi, my name is Suzy and I've been with SP for a couple of years I think I started 2010/2011. I unfortunately seem to live my life in cycles and find that as soon as I let myself slip even 2 weeks with tracking, sleep, stress, and exercise in any of those areas the weight comes back on. Its hard always staying on task, when some days you just want to be a "bum". So, I am giving this challenge a try to help get myself back on track by finding 10 minutes not to come up with an excuse and doing something positive. I know it will snowball into way more healthy habits and doing a challenge really does help keep me accountable. Why do I want to be healthy? For myself and not having to rely on medication to feel good and lower my risks due to family medical histories, to feel more confident about my body image and know I am healthy, to be strong for my family so when the need arises I can be there on all fronts strong and capable, and to be a Great Role Model for my son, who is now 15. He seems to be an introvert and is going after the role model of my husband, who is not active. I keep trying to show my son, to be active, healthy, and how to keep healthy habits a norm in life. He understands I always try to create healthy meals with a moderation of "junk" snacks around.

I am happy to report he drinks water on a regular basis, chooses fruits as snacks, and has learned to eat in moderation since he body usually gets sick if and when he tries to over indulge. Now to just get him moving and a little more social. I am thinking a good goal for us is to do some volunteer work together. Fitting in 10 minutes of positive action is a great start to a healthier road ahead.

Hi my name is Barbara. I've been a member of SparkPeople for a while now. I am a mom to an 8 year old boy named Keiyth (yes that is how it is spelled). I'm 38 years old and am not an avid exerciser so hoping this will help kick my butt into gear.

No idea what brought me back here after a very long absence but this challenge called my name. Perfect way to get started again. Just retired in Nov, spent 8 months working on our home nonstop and sold it in July. Moved to Florida as nd settled into retirement life. Definitely should be able to add fitness back into my life and schedule. I have some great clothes I want to get back into!!!!

Hi I'm Marilyn and I just joined the challenge today. I plan to use this challenge to get back to regular strength training and increase the intensity of my cardio (I'm a walker). I find I do best with ST when I do 10 minutes a day 6 days a week rotating body parts: upper body, lower body and core. I was doing great until I went on vacation.... getting back to it has been a struggle. This should help!!

Howdy!

Since starting SP in late June, I have managed to loss some lard and am on the path to no longer being obese as well as improving my physical condition. Initial goal is 212# (from 262#, 260# when I started Sparkin'.) but at 5' 10'', the BMI look-ups show that will still be obese. That's OK, will reset goal to 208.5 to make me "merely" overweight @ 29.9 BMI.

I am fortunate in that my most patient wife liked the idea and started Sparking late in my first week. And, it makes meal planning, cooking, and grocery shopping much easier.

Retired, a couple of times, I do tax return preparation (seasonal) to support my fishing and RV habits. I am an avid RV Care-A-Vanner (CAV) and try to help build Habitat for Humanity houses a few weeks to a couple of months each year. Nearing 65, I realize that if I want to keep "standing in the water, waving a stick" (AVID fly fisherman) and building HFH houses, I need to improve my physical condition.

This Challenge is going to help get me back on the track to improved fitness. I am impressed with many of the daily posts y'all have put up. Keep up the encouraging work.

Hello, My name is Mary, and I was introduced by HOMEBODY67. I am glad to be a member of this team and I am looking forward to encouraging, motivation, and inspiration groups. I love cooking healthy. Now with tracking my food I don't consume lots of food as I used to before SPARKSPEOPLE. Joined in March and I am glad to be a part of this. I am a mother of 4 children, originally from West Africa, Nigeria.

RUN, RUN, RUN. YES YOU CAN. KEEP GOING.

Hello! I'm new to SP (joined in Feb but never did anything with it until a few days ago).

I am a SAHM to 3 kids (6, 3, and 1) and homeschool so I never really get a kid break :) I've always been overweight but managed to lose a lot of weight before I got pregnant with my oldest. Now it's all back, plus a little. I'm starting with a 'smaller' goal of losing 40 lbs before Janurary for our vacation! The find 10 challenge I think will help a lot with that for days that I just don't want to, I know I can find time for 10!

I am the 96th member and the 2nd to post emoticon
My family moved from Montana to Arizona in April '15, my son started school after being homeschooled, and my husband works split shifts. I used to walk 3 miles before 8 am, but I need to be present to get my child out the door in time for school. Now my schedule is interrupted and hit and miss. I need to be held accountable on my workouts!

I began my journey in 2008 at 180 and have yo-yo'd and on SP since. The lowest I have been is 165 but I feel best at 145-150. I came back about a month or so ago and have lost 8 pounds! I'm at 173 at the moment and don't want to lose this momentum.

Hi, I go by Doralyse here on Spark People. I am 62 years old. I live in NW Missouri. I am on a very long lasting weight loss journey. But ultimately I have gone from 311 to 286, then from 286 when I first found SP to 232. Now three years later SP has helped me get to 205 in the last 92 days. I still have about 50 ish to go, but it is doable. Now I'm getting a move on. That's it for now.

Blessings, Doralyse

Well somebody has to start! I'm the 35th member, and only one to introduce my self so far? I think this is a great idea for a challenge group. I am just starting back on track (done this many times) have 30 lbs to lose and need accountability! I used to never miss a workout, but then I started working part time again and now I don't squeeze it in nearly enough. 10 minutes? I can do that! Let's do it together!
