Hello and welcome. My suggestion is that you start using the tools offered by SparkPeople especially logging all the food you consume. Take baby steps, on day at a time. I wish you the best

HI - I just joined and think there are many things here that can help me.
My main problem is I LOVE FOOD! I can pass up desserts no problem -
sure I like them but I can avoid eating them....my main problem is plain
old FOOD - I love mashed potatoes and noodles, potato chips, etc.
I am 70 years old with health issues - doing better health wise now, but
it's been a really rough two years!....
I have been yo-yo dieting for years! Need to find the motivation to stick
with it so going to give this a try!
Would love to hear any advice you all can share!
