Could have sworn that I did my post yesterday, but I guess not. Well, yesterday I barely made it through HIIT and didn't doo much else except some hips, hiney, and thights. Today, I just finished HIIT and am going to do all over weight training. I need a good full body workout. Cramps aren't helping much, bit what can I say? It's what we women do....lol. wish I wouldn't. Lol
