I could get sad about not losing any weight for over 3 months but I'm not sad I'm determined to bust it with persistence. I'm adjusting my exercise and calories. I've added strength training 2 days a week, modified pushups 3 times a week and walking with my BFF 3 times a week. I've adjust my calories down by 100.
I've done this plateauing many times on my weight loss journey and I continue to learn how my body is adjusting to my new lighter weight and I feel this will help me as I move to maintenance.
So stoked for everyone where ever you're at on your journey. We've got this 💪🙌 together.
