On the edge to hitting the 260s

It has been a very long time since I have been at 270 or below. I weighed in this morning at 270.2. I am excited to see this! I have struggled off and on for most of my life to control my eating and self-care. I have weighed less when I was much younger but I haven't been under 200lbs in maybe 25 years. I feel this time I can do it as long as I keep doing what I am doing. I am doing "dirty" keto. I believe taking digestive enzymes and thyroid support supplements are helping a great deal along with some intermittent fasting and staying busy at work. I don't have a gall bladder and haven't for years. I still believe I lost it due to eating like I was told for years and years... low-fat dieting. Without eating fat, my gall bladder wasn't being flushed out regularly. The bile salts crystallized and turned into a solid mass. I might not have known if it wasn't for also developing diverticulitis at the same time. Ended up in the hospital for a week.
Anyway, I see real progress right now. I think it will help me whenever I hit that plateau.
