Week one, day four and five 9/2020

I am doing the NoSdiet and that means no snacks, no seconds and no sweets except on days that start with S (S days also like special days like birthdays and holiday are S days too).
I have problems with sweets and worked on that the first part of the month before starting the diet so had no problem with that. I am usually full after my one 8 inch plate of food so don't get seconds. Snacking is what I am working hard on now.
Yesterday was not so bad only ate 3 & 1/2 green grapes as extra snacking in the evening. I stopped right in the middle of that grape and got rid of it. Tonight having grapes as part of my dinner. With the diet you just have one plate of food at three meals. We are having chicken with mushroom sauce and mashed potatoes. I will leave room on my plate for grapes.
Today I ate a full breakfast and a full lunch. I have my dinner planned and an activity to do after dinner. I am making a new comfort journal. I can't wait to do it. I got a really nice journal and some new glitter glue. I have a stack of magazines to clip photos and words from. I am really looking forward to this.
