Woohoo, yesterday was Day 300 of my current streak.

To celebrate, I hiked to the beach with Flash.

The keys to a long streak like this are:
* Knowing that consistent fitness is meaningful to help reach my goals
* It's more of a daily planning and goal-setting win than a fitness win
* But, using the daily planning and goal-setting to stay so consistent then turns it into a big fitness and health win too.
