20:4 The NEW Journey

7/7/20 Day 5 of 20:4 Journey Tuesday

Today was another successful day of being "consistent" on 20:4 schedule, yeh!!! emoticon

Showered, washed/conditioned hair as usual,
Gave dogs shower as well
Took neighbor to pick up her truck this morning
then took kids to park to walk and jog
Then to the store to pick up sugar-free popsicles and turkey bite treats for the dogs.

emoticon emoticon Walked/Jogged with dogs at the BIG park emoticon

emoticon = meds taken? yes at 5pm

Had the following:

Hot tea and lemon in the morning and water thru out the day

emoticon Evening meal started at 5 pm where my 4 hour window began:
chicken in can
chilli beans from can= 1 cup
light ranch dressing = 2 tbsp
lettuce
pot roast soup = 1 can
SF popsicle
1 can of soda
Water

NOTE: about 5:30pm i found myself UPSET because there was NO more room in my stomach to finish my salad, ugh. My honest reaction was: piece of s__t.

it is 7:35pm = will SLOWLY chew the rest of my salad and eat it.

later i will slowly sip on a can of soda to get some more calories IN and later suck on a popsicle..
*** its like there is hardly any room in my stomach for solids...
I think my stomach size is shrinking for real here on Day 5.

it is upsetting because ALL DAY I look forward to my eating window at night
and night time comes and I can't hardly eat sh_t. sorry.
I will adjust.

Reminder: drink more water daily :-)

= Reminder: Make salads your best friend
