Today was another successful day of being "consistent" on 20:4 schedule, yeh!!! emoticon


Today l was tired, reallll tired and sleepy due to the heat maybe? I took 2 naps lol

Hot tea and lemon in the morning and water thru out the day

Evening meal at 5:30pm where my 4 hour window began:
