20:4 The NEW Journey

07/05/20 = Day 3 of 20:4 The NEW Journey 20:4 and I feel great emoticon

Today I decluttered one bin of clothes, watched movies on netflix and started a 500 word puzzle, yeh!!! Jigsaw puzzle had not done one in about a year and decided to do something DIFFERENT than my usual routine but first I decluttered and THEN I begin my puzzle. Great feeling to DO something different and fun :-)

Progresso chicken noodle soup lite (add: hot sauce/chicken from can) 1 cup = 65 calories
Chicken breast in the can = 2 oz. = 45 calories for my soup

Then I continued to watch Netflix movies and do a jigsaw puzzle at the same time and then I looked up at the clock and it was 10:30pm and I realized my 4 hour window ENDED 1 hour ago .. which is GREAT because I wasnt hungry.. just desired to eat out of HABIT which I am now breaking with my eating window emoticon CONSISTENCY is KEY! 4 hrs period!
Have to wait until tomorrow evening to eat again.. emoticon

in the meantime = I took out a COLDDDD bottle of water from the fridge and sipped it emoticon
