5% Challenge: Walking during weekdays

On weekends we walk on the beach or in the forests near my Son's University, but on weekdays, I love to walk at the park near home. They designed it in a way that you don't get bored, with workout machines scattered all over and a concrete trail surrounding an artificial lake. We have ducks, turtles. ibises and this magnificent bird so accommodated to impact with its beauty that it even poses for the camera.
Sometimes, I just take little walks around my neighborhood, focusing my attention on the flowering trees and nasty dogs. I prefer to walk around the same two blocks that I know for sure that don't have crazy dogs. If it's raining or I just don't want to get dressed, I just walk to each room and back to the living room. To contrast the tedious feeling, I try to do as fast as possible or make rhymes.
When I can't possibly walk because I'm in pain, I do yoga stretches which alleviate me. There is always some activity to do and all counts!
