SPRING INTO FITNESS 2020 BL Challenge .... Purple Phoenix

Today is the start of the Spring Into Fitness 2020 BL Challenge. I posted my start weight today the most I've weighed in over 4 years. I lost 49 lbs and have been slowly putting it back on. I have put over 15 lbs in in the last 3 months alone. I'm so disappointed in myself. I have decided to give KETO a try. I've done very well on low carbs. No more pain in my back, no stiffness, not sore in the morning, my blood sugar was in the normal range, I had more energy and felt great. Now all those are back. I have decided that for the next 10 weeks, the Spring Challenge I'm going to do what I need. 10 weeks isn't that long I can do this.
What I'm going to do:
Calories : 1360 - 1710
Fat: (80%) 120-152 g
Protein: (25%) 85-107 g
Carbs: (5%) 17-22 g (10% 34-42g)
Water: 8+ cups
Exercise: 20+ minutes 4 days per week
Track food eaten
