So we got back on the 19th and I have been paying more attention to what I eat and when I eat. I have made alot of steps but some days the 2 mile walks did not happen. My husband started his new job tuesday and so did I as well. ( I will be home more in the afternoons and so will he) I have gone from 236 which is what I weighed on the 19th down to 226 which means a 10 pound weight loss. In a little over 10 days. ( I am diabetic so my weight goes high and low fast because of water retention) I am hoping that I hold onto that weightloss as I am trying my hardest to distant my relationship with the salt shaker ( I normally salt everything) I am finding things to do other than binge eat and feel guilty all the time and I am focusing on considering food just that. I have for too long looked forward to the food on the table instead of the people around the table. Going into the holidays with this mindset I'm hoping to see the numbers go down Instead of up. I am worthy of a healthy body and a sound mind. I am not going to stop trying to have that for myself because my family and I need me to be healthy for a long time to come. The pic is a fountain in a historical cemetary that me and my husband walked 3 miles in the other day with our pup. Exercise can be done anywhere not just in a gym
