I am excited about the coming weekend

I am super excited about the coming weekend because I will have a chance to hopefully start next week with a solid 220 weigh in I am only 3 pounds from it and I hope to see 219 by Monday! I am going to be going to the gym for cardio all weekend this weekend as well as watching my intake. I am starting to cook more at home (even though I hate cleaning the mess) I am still researching which meal plan to have for delivery but me and my husband talked about a few and we think freashly would be the best one because we could half the portion and just add a veggie to it and save some money that way. Some of these meal services still give you more food than you need if you wanna see real weight loss. I am also thinking that some hot yoga might be a plus as well. I enjoy the sauna but I get bored easy and with no movement I feel strange just sitting there at the gym. hope you all are ready to head into the weekend. If you have ever tried hot yoga let me know how you liked it.
