I had a very nice relaxing weekend. I didn't worry about what was happening at work, worrying about if things were getting done. I just relaxed and got some homework done. It was really great!

I didn't have a perfect weekend with calories and you know what, that's OK. I tracked every single bite I ate. I've tracked every day for 7 days which is better than I usually do. I pretty much tracked 6 days a week before. I want to try and do it every day since it's about healthy habits.

Week 1 was still a good week. I lost 3.7 lbs. I consider that very good since I had multiple days over. This week is going to be building on this habit of healthier eating. Hopefully going to put some more fruits and veggies into play. It is cotton candy grape season and I ate two servings of that. They were delicious. Hoping to get some salads in for dinners this week. As long as I can keep up the good eating, I'm happy.

This week also working on doing my Physical Therapy stretches every day. I want to go back to the gym soon and I HAVE to do this so my back isn't on fire. My goal is to go to the gym again starting on the 23rd. I figure that gives me two weeks to see how I feel.

    Tracking is my issues as well. Good luck at the gym.
