with the powdered drink mixes you add to your water. This is what I am pretty darn sure made me have my first gain at my WW's weigh in yesterday. I went back and looked over my entire food plan for last week as suggested by a friend here on Sparks, and no where could I find what I had overdone. HOWEVER, I picked up the box that my powdered drink mix cam in and its sugar free, it doesn't have that stuff that most sugar free stuff has that kicks in my craving for sugar. BUT.....what I found it has a lot of was...SODIUM!!!! Each of these packets which were the Strawberry Kiwi flavor has 210 mg. of sodium, and Sunday, and Monday I bet I drank ten bottles of that stuff, because, ''drink more water, right??" Yes, drink more water, but make it plain water. I had over 2000 mg. of sodium and that not even counting if I used any salt on my food. So just a warning, not only do we need to look at fat and calories, but sodium as well. STAY STRONG emoticon
