MOVING ON UP!

TODAY STARTS WEEK 8 OF WORKING OUT. DUE TO INJURIES UNABLE TO DO A LOT OF CARDIO YET, BUT I DO HAVE AN ARM ERGOMETER TO START. I WORK OUT IN THE GYM NOW 5 DAYS A WEEK. I DO UPPER BODY, LEGS, AND CORE ON MACHINES THAT ALLOW ME TO SIT FOR NOW. AS iT GETS EASIER AM INCREASING WEIGHTS. WHEN STRONGER AND BETTER BALANCE WILL DO MORE STANDING. I HAVE ALSO BEEN MEASURED FOR NEW DIABETIC SHOES WHICH WILL GIVE ME MORE COMFORT ON STANDING AND MOVEMENT. I AM A WORK IN PROGRESS AND AT 68, I FEEL GOD AIN'T THROUGH WITH ME YET.
