Roasted spaghetti squash with organic free range meat and tomato sauce

Really filling and helped with wanting a heavier italian meal.
And, really not expensive, although I originally thought it might be. Around $7 for a huge squash that could probably be 4 meals, $4.99 for 1 pound of the meat and stewed tomatoes that I already had on hand, so maybe $3 a portion.
When people complain it costs more to eat healthy I think they forget how much air is in a bag of chips and how little meat is on a fast food burger.
My husband really liked this meal. I'm glad he's doing this with me, and is so open to trying new things.
I made him a huge sheet pan of grilled turkey sausage and fresh roast veggies and portioned it out for his work lunches. Bring on the workweek!
Since I work out of our home office, I eat leftovers, salads, etc, which I like.
