So I deleted, on accident, my entire post. So don't have the energy to retype everything. The title says it all. Sadly, this is after eating 1600 healthy calories. Then there was the 400 not so healthy calories. We will leave this here. :/

    400 calories is a stumble! Try 2 pints of B&J and a milkshake... Consumed within a 45 minute car ride from the beach! 😨 You're gonna make it girl!

    Water will help you to. I like to drink 12 cups ... it helps keep my full and when I get the urge to snack - water curves the cravings. Good luck!! Stay encouraged!!

    I find eating a large salad leaves me feeling full

    Maybe you need more meat. Protein generally leaves you feeling fuller. If thats not the case, then also google what veggies can also help to make you feel full while still being low in Calories.
