Again, as part of my BLC weekend challenge, here is my stuff for today. I did little better on the eating front, and I got in some fitness minutes. Baby steps!
Today I ate:
Peanut butter and apple butter sandwich on two slices of white bread
A handful of popcorn
Sierra Mist (approx 30 ounces, give or take)
Root beer (approx 12 ounces, give or take)
Steak with peppers and onions
A couple of french fries
Mashed potatoes and gravy
Broccoli
A can of Coke
A stale baked Cheeto (Why did I even waste the few calories on this?!)
Today I did:
About 20 minutes of walking
7 minutes stretching
Three things I am proud of myself for today:
I didn't give up.
I drank water (again, not much…But more than nothing!)
I got in some fitness minutes for a change!
