It's impressive how much better I feel after 3 days with no sugar. It's worth seeing it as an enemy rather than a friend.
Nailed what could have been a disastrous lunch. Japanese steak house hibachi grill. Skipped the sauces and rice, enjoyed the steak and veggies! Go me!
Staying on point and looking for success this week. Looking to see the scale move and add more activity to my day.
Most of the time, you have to be your own motivation.
The stress is real. Not stress eating is real. I really want to see some purges in this 4th week. I've got 4 more till the end of my first goal. 175 by May 31st. Staying on track.
Still learning to like myself, today. Instead of waiting til I'm what I think I should be.
Still working on this plateau. No wonder dime lose heart. It's easy to say oh well and scarf a candy bar. But I haven't. I'm eating clean even if having gone over a bit. I'm staying motivated!
Going to hit my 10000 steps. Thank you Seattle Science Center! BTW... Art of the Brick Lego Exhibit is phenomenal!
Made 11000 steps today. I'm fascinated by those who get 25000 or more steps a day. I had a very busy day that was rewarding and I got to spend it with my hubby and littles.
