    Every moment is a fresh beginning. Beth, once I discovered SP I figured out that we can start with the very next meal if we've blown it [and you have taught me that this can be done for life] I divide my calories per meal and come up with 331 calories for 4 meals a day .. so, at any time I need to turn around and go the other way, I just start with that next meal at 331 calories.. Sparkpeople and good friends like you make this a do-able plan! emoticon
