Fitness Minutes:

My Goals:
Stay active everyday and manage my eating habits.
My Program:
20 min Cardio and 10 min ST each day most days.
Drink water.
Limit junk foods.
Eat plenty of freggies.
Choose lower fat foods.
Personal Information:
I'm a married, 63 year old mother of 3, and grandmother of 8, our newest DGD was born in November. I have 2 Standard Poodles-Gigi and Willa. They are my fitness buddies and keep me going even when I would rather not!
I am a retired Home Health Aide as of October 2020. I enjoyed my work for nearly 30 years, but COVID stripped me of my joy in my work. I am happy to not be dealing with it any longer in a work setting.
Other Information:
I have been a member of SparkPeople since 2007 but really became active here in 2016. I reached my goal weight on January 11, 2017 and maintained that loss through the entire year. I, like so many others, have gained some weight back but I strive to remain physically active and attentive to my eating habits. Good health and fitness do not happen on their own.
I enjoy crafting of many kinds. Right now I enjoy using my Cricut for projects. I also enjoy sewing crafts and alcohol ink (very new at it and haven't had as much time as I would like to delve into it). I am involved in a HUGE painting project with my DH as a part of his caretaker job.
