Spring is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge and work on your healthy lifestyle goals? Biggest Loser Group is accepting members for its Spring Challenge starting on March 3. The challenge consists of 10 Teams that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.

I am enjoying the Shutterbug assignments, trying to be clever and such LOL. And the whole ‘community’ feel. I’m getting back into mindset I need to succeed . . . One day at a time.
