New goal put myself first and exercising daily.

My Program:
 Walking
1200 calories per day tracked and Physical activity daily tracked.


Personal Information:
New Year and I am excited. I am making myself number 1!!

Other Information:
 Keeping a positive attitude and letting go of worrying about my DS situation and DH issues of retirement transition. They both need to learn to manage their own issues.
