Introduction Text I kind of forgot myself late in the year, but NO MORE!! I feel so energetic to get myself in shape. Have had some friends pass away unexpectedly and I do not want to be of them! I want to live and be healthy for my son Brian, See him get married and have children. Reasons I want to lose weight: I want a healthier lifestyle. I want to feel good about myself I want to be off blood pressure medication I want to be there for my son Brian. SO I AM CREATING A NEW ME IN 2021

reasons I want to lose weight: 1. to get off of meds 2. be healthier 3. feel better 4. to inspire someone else What do I want to change? 1. my mind shift 3. my weight I would like to be is 130 pounds How do I want to look? 1. better toned What things will I be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body? 1. be off of more of my meds. 2. Not feel tired at the end of the day

Track my food intake and staying in my calorie limits. Water, water, water. start exercise program consistently

Born in San Antonio, Tx but home has been Dallas, Tx most of my life. Have two wonderful sons, age 30 and one who went to be with the Lord at age 22(battled AML Leukemia for 2 years) Would have been 27 Work for a retail grocery chain.
