Introduction Text I am a wife of a great husband, mother of three children, and grandmother of five grandchildren. I'm also not fond of exercising but do know it is important. For me to do exercising--it has to be fun and exciting! My favorite exercise is power walking. I have learned to enjoy strength exercising and follow dvds/you tube videos ; Wii Fit Plus, Zumba, ballroom dance and kayaking are other fun exercises I enjoy doing. In the process of searching for a new trainer to continue to learn different strength training routines that I can do at home in between sessions.

My goal is to get fit and stay fit through exercise and healthy eating on a daily basis.

My program is to add more exercise (strength & cardio) into my daily routine and make it fun and stay positive.

My name is Terri and I am from MA.

I love to crochet, collect frogs, watch classic movies( mostly musicals), ballroom dancing, travel, watch professional soccer games both MLS and International and having fun with my grandchildren (they keep me young and active).
