Introduction Text Hi my name is Tammy Schenk and I am married to my best friend and very loving and caring husband Lance Baum and we have one puppy and her name is Roxie and we live in Hereford, Texas and on February,20,2015 Lance and I was in a really bad car accident and we are very blessed to be alive. But I have struggled with my weight all my life and ever since our accident I have had a really harder time getting exercise because I have foot drop and other medical issues and Lance has a brain injury and I have a disability and I hope to meet and new people and get different ideas and if anyone would like to email me just let me know and I can give you my email address.
