Introduction Text I am a 3rd generation performing marionette artist. I am learning to live life to it's fullest, no matter what comes my way. My childhood sweetheart & I are still loving each other & the world, since High school! I am Blessed!!!!! I have found Walking our beautiful doggie; & hiking in nature is SO fun! I crave it! Also; Sheppard Pilates, "Walk away the pounds" & Zumba DVD's OR SP Nicole's 12 minute seated core workout; Swimming, I garden in our paradise pool area! Bringing in the fairy's & angels & unicorns! I 'play' in our park, on the swings, in the sprinklers, etc. My body now REQUIRES movement! I try for 200 exercise minutes, daily AND 200 Spark points. I am a better performer because of Spark People! I thank God, the Angels, AND Spark People, daily for my amazing life! My new quote: "BE THE HEALTH YOU WANT WITH WHAT YOU HAVE TO WORK WITH, & I WILL, TOO!" My new song: GOOD VIBRATIONS, by the Beach Boys. Helps me when I'm 'down'. My life is taking a new lovely turn! Chris of Spark People suggests we volunteer! (with the pandemic, I haven't performed since 2-1-2020) As of 2-2018 I am doing that, it is SO special & rewarding, I am performing my marionettes for a local nature center! I love it, so inspiring for me & the amazing audiences! A perfect place for me to grow & focus on goals. They happen about every other month @ my favorite hiking spot using my marionettes to teach about nature! It IS magical! I am so Blessed & grateful for these experiences. I am enjoying watching my life unfold in this way! Meeting new friends & playing with like minded people! My 'regular' job is helping my DH with his lovely small business. I am learning SO many new things & thrive because of it! His business is BLOOMING!!! Yeah! I love him so much! He is doing much better, as far as walking. Has the perfect PT doctor!

I reached my goal weight (3-16-2013 1 year exactly since I joined SP)! NOW, I am learning how maintain my weight & (almost) doing it, with Spark People!! I am stronger & more vibrant! I am thriving & Chris Downie is helping me be my most beautiful, healthiest, energized, whole self! I want to continue to learn to maintain my weight AND my health, easily & with lot's of FUN!! I choose to be an example of what good health looks like! I have been yo-yoing with about 20# now for almost 3 years, I am sort of ok with it & once I am not, I KNOW I will get back to goal & stay there! (Body stresses made it impossible to keep up my paces) But I am SO healthy & confident, I am jumping for joy!

Following SparkPeople & my own inner good judgement! I have learned to keep my healthy lifestyle, together, EVEN under the MOST stress! I love moving & creating fun & joy where ever I go! Green drinks & energizing foods! I find stress happens in our worlds, all the time. It appears when we least expect it! It is how we handle every single decission, 1 at a time, that creates the out come that is our life. SP has helped me create & share the world I want to live in!

I am SO blessed to be alive & living in a world with my Spiritual support, DH, my family & friends & my Sparkling friends! I am still Sparking to help support other "Sparkers"! I have found my healing, physically, spiritually & emotionally, here & want to share it with you, if I can! SP is my ONLY social network. Being an example is the ONLY way I can help anyone, else! It is up to each of us to find our own way. SP offers us the tools! Choose what works for you & share your findings with the world!
