Introduction Text Hello everyone! My name is Donna and I'm from Virginia. I'm a christian and love the Lord with all my heart. I lost my mom in February 2015 and have had a hard time dealing with it. I gained weight because of the stress of being her caregiver and also the grief from losing her. I am now on the road to a heathier me! Come on along and join me!!

Choose healthier options when buying groceries and eating out. Smaller portions Find exercises I can do that won't increase my pain Loose weight so I won't be in as much pain

I love the Lord with all my heart! I live in Virginia. I am married to the most wonderful man ever and we have 5 fur babies, 4 dogs and 1 cat. I love, love, love the beach!! I love to camp, read, and spend time with my family. I am in my church choir and I love to sing!

My motto is: I cannot relive yesterday, tomorrow isn't here yet, so I will just deal with today!
