- Increase activity levels

-Reduce the symptoms of endocrine issues.

- Gain confidence

-Encourage others








My Program:
 -Find a balance with nutrition

-Workout for at least 10-15 minutes 3 x per week at minimum.

-Keep trying no matter what!
