My Goals:
Eat a healthy diet
No sodas
No sugar
Min. 100 min/wk cardio

My Program:
 Walking at morning and lunch, increasing step count weekly. Eating healthy 90% of the time but no deprivation.



Personal Information:
I live in Lubbock, and work at Tech. I have two wonderful daughters, one who has passed on, and one who is in high school. Lost my eldest in March 2016. Still struggling, but I know she would not want me to quit. And I won't.

Other Information:
 Love to read, esp vampire and supernatural books. Love gardening, meditative walks, time with friends, being of service.

    Thank you so much for the spark goodie. So good to hear from you. We are doing fine although I have to say I'm not real happy about this "new normal". My little Daisy has sure been happy that I'm home with her so much more though! Hope all is well with you!

    Thank you for the lovely spark goodie. To be honest, life is a bit wacky around here these days. But my gym opened up last week so I'm back to meeting with my personal trainer and today had my pilates weekly class so maybe bringing some routine back in my life will help! Hope your summer is enjoyable too!
