Introduction Text Hi! My name is Peg. I am 54 years old, married, & have 3 kids, one a teacher, one going for his Master's, and 1 living at home and working while he saves money to buy a house. I am determined to make lifestyle changes so that I can finally say that I'm not dieting, I'm maintaining! I started my journey almost 4 years ago & have lost 60 pounds so far. I am down to the last 30 to go & am looking for lots of motivation! I know that I can do it this time!!

1. Go to Curves 3 times a week. 2. Eat sensibly & healthfully. 3. Keep a positive attitude - no matter what the scale says.

I am using the Weight Watchers at Home program. I "charge" myself $5 per week to weigh in to be used for something special when I reach my goal.



I love to read. My favorite TV shows are Biggest Loser, Brothers & Sisters, & Army Wives. I also love spending evenings (when the weather cooperates!) around our fire pit with family & neighbors.
