    Thanks for the comment on the photo of me and my "girlies"! They didn't either one like being dressed up for Christmas! That was a year or 2 ago and they still don't like it!

    You asked what stretches I do...not sure I can fully explain but I do a few YOGA poses like downward dog, reaching to the sky--don't know what they call that one, upward dog, happy baby I do hamstring and quad stretches, triceps stretch--hold arm over head and then reach down center of back while holding onto elbow (right hand to left elbow, left hand to right elbow), reaching across my body with straight arm and pressure with other hand to stretch shoulder--but my favorite stretch is lying on the floor with my bum against the wall and legs straight up in the air! I also move my neck side to side and front to back, toe touches. There are lots of stretching videos. Some of the stretches are from the warm-ups and cool downs with iFit workouts. I just try to stretch everything I can think of--side bends is another one. I already miss being on Azure but the Panthers have been very welcoming. Wishing you much success in this round.
