My Time To Bloosom
Spring is full of promise and everything is fresh and clean. Blossoms are forming on the trees and flowers start to bloom.
Now it is my turn to blossom. Time to rethink things and make a fresh clean start.
Out with the old ideas and in with the new, sweeping away the winter comfort foods and in with the foods that refresh and invigorate.
Time to get outside more as days get warmer. Finding new ways to enjoy exercise and get fit.
Time to make things happen and make them ...
