Winter, 2021
I am privileged to have choices.
I can hate the choices I've made, or accept and forgive
I can fear and resent the choices I have, or accept and be grateful
I can run from the choices ahead, or accept and have hope.
The key for me - acceptance over resistance.
And so I go....

Autumn, 2020
How many of us are taking the problems and pain and suffering into our own bodies, right now? I wonder.
I think when times are overwhelming that maybe "ourselves" is the only thing we know how to be down about.
Summer, 2020
Trying, no, GOING to be gentle with myself, love (at least like) my body, make healthful choices, day-by-day, moment-by-moment, with compassion for myself in these times, compassion for my family and compassion for all beings.
From a team survey...
NAME: You can call me "Night," or you can call me "Glow," but please don't call me late for dinner! Bwaaaaa ha ha! Sigh.
AGE: I don't believe in linear aging.
STATE: Confusion. Though sometimes I'm in Cognito.
MARRIED/SINGLE/OTHER: I'll take two.
KIDS/ANIMALS: Yes, Yes they are.
HOBBIES: Rationalization
TYPE OF WORK: I'm a lumberjack. It's okay.
FAVORITE THINGS:
Cream-colored kittens and crisp berry strudels.
High C's and wide seas
And pesto with noodles
Wild women flying, moonlight on their wings
These are a few of my favorite things
SPORTS: Does "keyboarding" count as exercise? Web-surfing? That should count for something. Am I right?
