March Goal: Using Heavy weights. Plank, Jump Squat! Push ups! Squat Drop! Kettle Bells! Pull ups! Leg Curl, Leg Press, Arm Curl and Sit ups! 3x a week! Treadmill, elliptical 2x a week!

Eat clean food! No Sodas, No Juices. Plain Water! Smoothies! Protein drinks 2x a day. Salmon, turkey, Quinoa Burger! Tons of veggies! Peanut butter will do instead of sweets!
