Thank you for your thoughtful comments on my Exercise blog today! I tried doing early morning workouts when I returned to public school teaching in the fall of 2017. My husband and I decided to hit the gym (1 mile up the road) at 5:30 AM. We figured if we did this together, we'd stick with it. Unfortunately, we hated it. I have sometimes wondered if I had my own treadmill if I'd do it. I think it was mainly going out in the cold at 5:30 that we hated so much. However, I don't think I'd run on a TM in my own house. Soooooo... I'm relegated to doing it after work these days. Back in my music minister days, I only worked 21 hours a week (and six were on Sunday) so I was out of the office by 2 PM on the three weekdays I worked. Plenty of time to run & lift before kids got home from school. It's definitely a challenge finding a time of day that works for you when you work full-time. I'm glad we've become SparkFriends! It's always nice to meet people who work in the music field. 18 days ago
