    Thanks for the visit. I am glad you are doing well. I have been away from Spark for awhile and trying to get back in to it again. I seem to do better, eating wise, when I participate in Spark. I am glad to see you are back on the Spark Wagon as well.

    I am doing very well thank you! My surgery went well and I am finally starting to feel WELL for the first time in many years. The medical people say my weight is good and to take things slow (translation=baby steps) until my strength is regained and I am not to get over-tired. My voice is improving and that could take at least a year for the muscles around it to regain proper control of my speech and sounds. It is a vast improvement over silent spots or sounding like Minnie Mouse. I just have to breathe properly to modulate my voice.

    I am also taking a Homemade Cooking course online and the premise is to Cook, Eat, Listen.
    Eat for nutrition and for satisfaction...your body knows what it needs so listen to it. No foods are taboo. Common sense should prevail. I am learning a lot about mindset and changing how I think about food and habits. Have a great day and let me know how you are doing.

    Thanks so much for stopping by and sprinkling my page with your comment. Very nice to hear from you! I am doing well, thanks for asking. It has been sort of a rough year but I'm feeling better. I lost a favorite auntie as well as our beloved 16 yr old cat last year around Thanksgiving, and then a close friend suddenly in June. Really sent me reeling and just felt in a black hole. Much improved now and looking forward to enjoying the holidays. I'm back in control of my eating and that feels empowering! Hugs to you my friend and hope you are doing well also.
