I am married to a real sweetheart, have a wonderful daughter inside and out, (and a son passed away in 2005). and now have 5 living grand-children ( one paway in 2018) and a great-grand-son and 2 great-grand-daughters.
I love to quilt, sew, crochet, knit, read, do Hidato puzzles, play cards, travel and bowl. .Never a dull moment

My Goals:
I believe I'm so ready to lose the extra lbs. I never saw me as a fat person until recently. I always felt slender and beautiful lol. The past months I now SEE that I AM OBESE. So for me and for my health I need to lose.
My Program:
Started by 3 glasses of water; now up to 4 and trying to get 5 I Also, exercise 3 times a week, login on Spark and also post msg daily, go to bed by 12;00 a.m. and be mindful of what I eat. I also added to check nutritional report after tracking food for the day. Follow our Canada's new improved food guide! Lower my BMI
Personal Information:
This month I discovered from my BMI that I'm obese class 2! It's added a new incentive to eat healthy and lose the extra weight!
