It's alcoholic, so if you don't drink, forget about it!
A 'shooter' is a tiny bottle of alcohol. Think hotel refrigerator size. I mostly need to avoid alcohol, but on occasion, one of these in my coffee or my diet root beer is delicious. At 150 calories, I need to be careful about how often I consume them.
One of the things I'm learning this year on the how-to-eat journey is the importance of things that feel like 'treats' to me. If I don't have some, then I begin to feel deprived, and that can trigger a round of overeating for me. I realize now that bite-size packages of brie cheese or baby bel cheese in my lunch (I pack for work) are one of the things I can eat that feel like an indulgence but don't break the calorie budget.
Since the rumchata is NOT sugar-free, and sugar is a problem for me, I have to manage that treat more closely and not have it as often. The cheese I can usually work in almost daily.
