Hi, welcome to my page! I've tried many diets, had great success with some, failure with others. Now I'm trying a healthier lifestyle instead of a diet. Tracking my food, exercising, and eating more healthy instead of drastic, restrictive dieting which leads to burn out.

*Drink 8-10 c of water daily.
*Exercise at least 30 min each day.
*Get 8 hrs of good sleep.
*Keep a positive outlook.
*Interact with others more; hopefully helping someone else along the way.
