 I exercise 4 to 5 days a week

I need to put better eating habits in place

I live in Louisville Kentucky
I work for a great comapany
I have a wonderful family
So lucky...yet this is the one thing I struggle with. I could just scream...maybe I should keep my mouth shut instead.
