    Hi JND, I did a search on PMDD and saw your blog about it. It is not "mind over matter". I have it and it drives me crazy. I cry at commercials, I yell and get angry for no reason, and I become the bottomless pit. I know I have not reason to cry at commercials but I can't help it, I don't know why it's happening, the same with the anger. And I could eat nonstop for that week and still be hungry!
    My doc put me on a low dose of antidepressants. I thought it was stupid and thought I don't need that but I was deperate to try anything. Well, it worked. And it works wonders too! I don't fly off the handle, I don't sob for no reason, and my appetite well, it's still there just not as bad.
    I hope you are able to get yours under control. Good luck.

    Just wanted to clear the air. I ate a spoon of peanut butter every day along with breakfast. On my post I said I ate it for breakfast. So you don't have to starve.

    Thanks for your advice! I will definitely try out that gum! Also I discovered that one cup of sugar free hot chocolate if I can't take it any more is a really good resource for me. It has been SUCH a hard battle! And I can't seem to get below 150ish!! My body says to me: Come on, I'm tired..we've been doing this too long, let's stop. And I'm like: no way! not yet! Ah well. Thanks again for your support! If you ever need any encouragement I'm there for ya!
