Time to LOSE it for good!


Hi there! Years have passed since I joined, but I'm at it again. During my previous SP experiences I got into great shape for my wedding, gained a few 'comfortable' pounds, lost them, got pregnant, lost the pregnancy weight, got pregnant again, ...and three years later ready to lose the last of the baby weight. My ultimate goal is back to my wedding weight of 121.5, but I think I'd be happy to get down to 125, which is my first goal.

My Goals:
It's time! Time to get stronger, time to get healthier, time to lose this weight!
MY GOAL: To be down 15 pounds by Christmas.
I CAN do it!

My Program:
 Getting in over 10,000 steps each day. Strength training. Drinking more water. Eating healthier - lots of veggies, lean proteins, and whole grains.


Personal Information:
Born and raised and still living in Michigan. Yes, we use our hand to point to the city we're from.
Happily married with 3 kiddos - 13, 4, and 3.

Other Information:
 I love to do anything active - so hit me up if you live nearby and want to get together to do something fun!

    thanks for the comment on my blog, you offer some great advice.
    sadly i live in such an area that only has two real shoe stores, and apparently they dont hire people based on their willingness to help or even their knowledge of shoes.
    i know which shoes i want, but if i get them i will have to drive 2 hours or order online.
    i think i will just order online and hope for the best.

    Sorry it took me so long to respond, I took some vacation time and really working on not spending so much time in front of a screen. Soooo I will be honest, I missed your first message. How is the 1/2 Marathon training going? I have trained for a few and it is hard work and takes a lot of dedication. My scale is moving... just very very slowly.
