Introduction Text I love my family and I wish to loose weight so they could really be proud of me. I want to be around to see my grandchildren grow up. I love to travel, to swim, to take photographs and I like music and craft. I have a real hard time bending down to close my shoes. When I lay down to sleep, I have difficulty breathing. I had none of these problems a few years ago, when I was slim. Actually, I cannot believe that I have changed so much in so short a time. And all this because they removed my thyroid gland. The thyroid pills just do not replace the gland. But since it is gone, there is nothing I can do about it. I was introduced to SPARKPEOPLE! And now I have hope to loose weight and live a little again.

to be healthier and to be able to walk better and to give my knee implants a longer life span, oh there are so many reasons, also to be able to wear dresses again
