My name is Fatimo.
I have been with Sparkpeople a while now, more than 3/4 of a year.
I feel it will be just right to introduce myself and share my story with you guys. I know it takes two hands to clap, so here I am.

I am a resident at Tampa, Florida.

I recently joined (10/11/2009) a fitness club and at the first weigh in I stood at 211.6 Pounds.
After 3 months at the final weigh in, on 1/10/10, I was 192 pounds, A drop of 19.6 pounds.
Today 3/20/10 I weigh 186.

My goal is to be at 155 by end Aug. I have a long way to go, but with consistent hard work, I intend to achieve it and for sure will be there.

It is a decision and surely worth it. I enjoy it now, and live healthier and happily.

I thank Yahweh for all his blessings and look forward to fulfill the
purpose and plan he has for me.

Fitness Minutes: 83,094

My Goals:
1. To weigh 155 pounds by July 2010
2. To maintain 155 there after
3. To exercise 6x7 at least for an hour and half
4. Circuit/Strength training on Mon/Wed/Fri
5. To drink min 15 glasses of water/day
6. Consistently track fitness/nutrition daily.
7. To help and support/encourage people in need of help.
8. To be of good cheer and positively motivated 24/7
9. To develop a relationship with Yahweh my Heavenly father through his son Yeshua Messiah
10. To care for and love my family


My Program:
1. To have my priorities in order:
A. God B. Family C. Biz
2. To remain Fit and healthy
3. To support the less fortunates of society.
4. To be instrumental in maintaining a good and sound relationship with friends,
neighbors and close relations
5. To love and help others as I love myself



Personal Information:
I am resident of Tampa, Florida.
A Born again Non-denominational Christian. Young in heart and sound in mind.
Positively motivated and not afraid to give up the good to go for the great.


Other Information:
Love to help and make a difference in peoples lives, is what I do for a living.
