Aiming to eat healthily, exercise and get my weight down just a little.
Aiming to eat healthily, exercise and get my weight down just a little.

Fitness Minutes: 41,706

My Goals:
To get my weight back to 68 kilos.
To do more than 1,000 minutes of exercise a month.
To keep my muscles strong by ST covering upper, middle and lower body each at least once a week.

My Program:
 Small portions.
Limit desserts to one or two times a week.
Use food tracking as a corrective when necessary.


Personal Information:
I’m British, living permanently in Japan, and 70 years old.
