Time for an update.


I joined sparkpeople in 2016 and managed to lose close to 100 #!!!! Some really tough time occured in my family and health and fitness took a back seat. I went back to work as a nurse on night shift. Hello mindless eating. And a gain of almost 40#. In August I started back at school to pursue a higher nursing degree. My four kids are all in school so it's time to refocus on a healthy lifestyle. My husband ison board he just doesn't know it yet!!! I am happy to be back and already feel ...
